GENERAL INFORMATION
The operational department organizes the execution of all
transport orders. This means working closely together with the
drivers involved, supported by an extensive and personalised computer
system that generates all orders and keeps track of all transport
data. The close operational and commercial co-operation between
the different Huktra offices and professional team members enables us
to offer a high quality service to our customers.
YOUR FUNCTION
You
support your team members with their different tasks in the Tarragona
office. You'll continuously be in contact with people in- and
outside our company, and you will assist in the complete performance
of our transport orders. Next to that you will receive a
specific set of tasks for your full responsibility, matching your
skills and interests.
Your main task
will be providing operational support for the planning and
follow-up of our loading, trucking, railing, shipping and delivery
performance across Europe.
YOUR PROFILE
Good communication
skills, service minded and strong social skills combined
with a dedicated work attitude form the basic skills for this
job.
Experience in
transport and/or the tank container sector is a benefit but is
certainly not a definite requirement. You live in or nearby the
Tarragona area.
